Welcome to Apex Gutter Services. By requesting a quote, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Apex Gutter Services offers gutter installation, repair, and related services in Florida. Service details will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Prices are generally calculated per foot unless otherwise specified.

  • Final costs may vary if actual measurements or conditions differ from those provided at the time of the estimate.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept most standard payment methods, including cash, check, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment apps (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

  • Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted.

  • A late fee may be applied to overdue balances.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointment times are subject to availability and weather conditions.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area.

  • Apex Gutter Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by blocked or unsafe access.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • We provide workmanship warranties as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used.

  • Apex Gutter Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by severe weather events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Gutter Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
