Refund Policy

At Apex Gutter Services, we take pride in the quality of our work and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Service Deposits

  • In some cases, a deposit may be required before scheduling services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or scheduling has been confirmed.

2. Completed Services

  • Payments for services that have been completed as agreed are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, provide repairs or adjustments.

3. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

4. Materials

  • Once materials have been purchased or custom-ordered for your project, those costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for material costs even if services are canceled after orders have been placed.

5. Weather Delays

  • In the event of weather-related delays, services will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not issued due to weather conditions beyond our control.
